Hi, I’m Sunny — a home cook, recipe developer, and mom who turned a dairy-free challenge into a lifelong passion for cooking food that feels as good as it tastes.

Like many, I didn’t choose dairy-free living at first — it chose me. After struggling with inflammation, fatigue, and digestive discomfort, I started removing dairy from my meals. Almost instantly, I felt better. But what surprised me most? I didn’t miss the dairy. I missed the comfort food it was in.

So, I started recreating the foods I loved — creamy sauces, cheesy bakes, rich desserts — without a drop of milk, butter, or cream. I tested everything in my own kitchen, fed it to my family, and shared only the recipes that passed the “second-helping” test..
